We can help

Seeing a great need for temporary housing in NYC 12 years ago I started my own consulting firm. I work directly with building owners and have an inventory of fully furnished apartments . I have worked with the Metropolitan Opera for many years since our location is close to Lincoln Center. My clients consist of a wide range of people including people here on business, students, performers, artists, tourists and summer interns. But most of all I work with people who want to experience what it is like to be a local in your own apartment instead of staying in a small hotel room at twice the price.

Policy

All of our apartments are pet and smoke free and we adhere to a strict policy including no parties or loud music.

The Neighborhood

Walk to elegant restaurants, trendy boutiques, and gourmet markets(The infamous Fairway Market is nearby) on Broadway, Columbus Avenue and Amsterdam Avenue. Biking, walking and running paths along Riverside Park South are close by. Explore the many cultural venues close by including the Lincoln Center of Performing Arts and The Juilliard School ofMusic.Also a short walk o Central Park!
